The region is a bit touristic, in the countryside, in dominant position, in a hamlet with school bus, neighbours and one adjoining neighbouring house, lovely view over the town and the hillside, market nearby for fresh victuals.

Airport Bergerac less than 1h30, Limoges TGV station and Motorway A 89 less than 1h
